Through her own weight loss journey she has acquired many tips and tricks to help working moms and other busy individuals succeed.
Over the years, Cory has worked with a wide range of clients with conditions such as diabetes, fibromyalgia, obesity, and sports injuries. Her specialties include small group training, sports conditioning and women’s weight loss. She is dedicated to helping others find their “exercise soul mate” because she believes that everyone can enjoy exercise, they just have to find the exercise that they love!
